Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan ‘Made’ (Adopted) – 30 April 2020
The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group are delighted to announce that the Honeybourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan has been formally adopted. At a Council meeting on 30 April 2020, Wychavon District Council ‘made’ (adopted) the Honeybourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan; it now forms part of the Development Plan for Wychavon District.
The adopted Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan and Decision Document can be viewed on the District Council’s website.
The District Council have adopted the plan following a public vote on 5th March 2020 where the Honeybourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan was supported by the majority of those that voted. An impressive 89.5% voted ‘yes’ in support of the Plan with a 28% turnout.
The Plan is the culmination of several years of hard work and will be used by planning officers and inspectors to determine planning applications and appeals in the parish.
